Is AURXEL regulated?+
Our compliance foundation is GDPR-compliant, DORA-aligned, EU AI Act transparent, supported by our partner Alleina AI. We're pre-launch on retail investment licensing — the full regulatory posture is on the Platforms page.
What's the minimum to start?+
€5,000 in the Guardian tier. €50k for Unified Ledger, €500k for Private Office.
How is this different from a robo-advisor?+
Every robo-advisor we surveyed is silent during the moment you need help most. Sentinel isn't. That's the difference — and it's a structural one.
Is my data safe?+
EU data residency, bank-grade 256-bit encryption, GDPR-native architecture, and no data selling — ever.

What counts as a 'goal' in Horizon?+
Anything with a timeline and a target — retirement, a child's education, a house deposit. Each goal gets its own portfolio and its own risk envelope.
How often does Forge rebalance?+
Quarterly, or when drift crosses a threshold you set. Every rebalance triggers an Invest Digest explaining exactly what changed and why.
Can I set my own risk boundaries?+
Yes. You set the hard boundaries at setup. Forge only ever optimises inside them.
What happens if I withdraw?+
You can withdraw any time. Horizon updates your projected goal date, in plain language, before you confirm.
Is my data ever sold?+
Never.

Do we need our own investment licence to use Sentinel?+
No — Sentinel is a technology and data layer. You hold the client relationship.
How long does integration take?+
Sentinel-only integrations go live in weeks. Full Wealth OS depends on scope.
Can we start with Sentinel only and add Forge later?+
Yes — same underlying architecture.
Where is data hosted, and who owns it?+
EU (Frankfurt/Luxembourg). You own your client data.
What does pricing look like?+
Directional only in public copy. Real numbers on the first call, based on scope.

What triggers an intervention?+
A composite Panic Score that crosses a threshold at the exact moment you try to sell — never based on one signal alone.
Can I disable it?+
You can proceed after the 90-second pause, always. Sentinel doesn't block trades — it interrupts them.
What does 'deterministic' mean here?+
Every decision has an audit trail, operates inside documented risk boundaries, and can be explained line by line.
